One advantage with doing different exercises is that you will not have to go through all the pain of a surgery and the long wait of the healing of the stitches and incision.  That does not mention the time that you are going to need to take out of your life for the surgery and the healing process that is going to be needed.

Instead of asking, if the tummy tuck is for you the question should be do you really need to resort to getting a tummy tuck.  Do you really need to go through all the different procedures that are needed for a tummy tuck or are you willing to make a real effort in getting your tummy tighten by doing a little exercise everyday to get your tummy in the shape that you want?
